I formed Four Star Consulting, LLC to assist police officers with a better way to prepare for promotional exams in any police department. Our strategy is equipped to assist all officers preparing for first line supervisor positions (corporal and sergeant) up to and including, earning the four stars of a police chief.
I am a 33-year law enforcement veteran, having held every rank including chief of police in two different police agencies. I am an FBI National Academy graduate and a current college-level criminal justice instructor.
Throughout my career, I have performed extra-ordinarily well on promotion oral boards at each level by developing solid preparation methods that I have found to build certainty and confidence. In addition to being a candidate of several promotion oral boards throughout my career, I have also served as a panelist on numerous promotion oral boards, giving me a unique insight into the process.
